Our Innovative Motion program provides adaptive group fitness classes and personal training that is thoughtfully crafted to cater to the diverse needs of individuals, whilst providing a nurturing and safe environment.
The program focuses on improving health and well-being, social engagement and interaction, increasing community participation, as well as improving daily skills and functional capacity.
Group sessions are currently available every Tuesday at 10.30AM and Thursday 1PM.
